1. Check availability
Once you have confirmed the date, time, location of service, our team will send you a confirmation booking summary invoice with rate of the services. If there are any surcharges, you will also be notified in the booking summary.

2) Secure your event date and time with a 50% deposit
A non-refundable/transferrable deposit of the total service fee (including any applicable surcharges) has to be made to after agreement of appointment.

Please notify us via whatsapp or email once payment is made with a screenshot done. If the payment is not received within 1 day, we will free up the slot for other bookings.
3) Confirmation of booking and final payment
Once the deposit has been made and received by us, dates and time will be reserved solely for your engagement of our service.
4) Balance amount to be cleared one day prior of the actual day the service
​A friendly email reminder or whatsapp notification will be sent to you for the balance payment. Kindly clear the balance amount one day prior. And all payments received are non-refundable or transferable to other packages.

Is my deposit refundable?Deposits are strictly non-refundable. We have reserved the date solely for you and will have to reject other clients who request for a booking on the same date. As such, all cancellations will result in a forfeit of the deposit payment. However, we are able to do a one-time rescheduling of the service date, subjected to our availability.

How long is a makeup + hair session?Event Makeover & Hairstyling: 1.5hr Photoshoot event: 1.5hr Bridal 1 look: 2hr (Hours above are maximum gauge)

What is the difference between bridal makeup & event makeup?Bridal makeup is more elaborate whether it is a natural makeup or etc, to look radiant naturally is a step by step tasks which takes time and professional effort. Bridal makeup is entirely different from regular makeup, which requires skill and time. MUA needs to ensure that bridal MK up can last for a good 4-8 hours which requires tedious steps to formulate the look and time to communicate with bride for the desired look for her most important day in her life. Hairstyling will be more intricate to ensure that the bride stands out the most on her wedding day.

What is the difference between event makeup & Photoshoot makeup？Photography makeup look needs to be extremely detailed, to note that Photoshoot will usually washed out makeup look around 30% or more. Makeup Artist needs to understand the 5 W(s) of the Photoshoot event to create the desired effect for client, especially noting of lights etc. Not thick, but elaborate for photos.
